IMDB Synopsis: February 12 is just another day in Sam’s charmed life until it turns out to be her last. Stuck reliving her last day over one inexplicable week, Sam untangles the mystery around her death and discovers everything she’s in danger of losing.

Before I Fall is about a girl who keeps on reliving the same day. She doesn’t know why she is stuck on this day or how to fix it. Her day starts off with her waking up to her alarm and finding a paper bird that her sister made on her bed. She and her mom had a fight a while back so she has drawn a line with nail polish that her mom can’t cross. Her friend Lindsay picks her up for school along with their two other friends. This day of school was special because it was Valentine’s day. One of Sam’s childhood friends was having a party that night. Little did they know that one of Lindsay’s childhood friend would show up.

Lindsay and Juliet were good friends in fifth grade but something happened between them and they no longer talked. After this friendship was over, Juliet went kind of crazy and became antisocial. She showed up to the party to tell Lindsay how mean her and her friends were to her then left. After the fight, Sam and her friends left to go back to Sam’s house. On their way home they get into an accident. When Sam wakes up, she has to relive this day.

Sam relived this day for a long time. She couldn’t figure out what she had to do to make it better. Then one day, she figured it out. So the next time she woke up to relive that day would be her last time. She lived the day like a perfect day. She was nice to everyone and did things she wouldn’t normally do. She went to the party and before Juliet could start a fight with Lindsay, she told her how sorry she was for making fun of her. Juliet did run away but Sam followed her to the road. What happens next is unexpected but you just have to watch the movie to find out.

Overall, I thought this movie was very good. It kept my attention the whole time and it gave me a new perspective about how to live my everyday life. I really like how they incorporated the life of a teenager which was very close to a real teenager life. I would rate this movie a 10/10 and would highly recommend to go see it.
